About this event
Join the regular Health and Care Forum for people in Peterborough.
We meet every month to talk about different topics. And invite local health and care decision makers along to each meeting to answer your questions.
Share your ideas and experiences, ask questions and get involved.
This month's topics include:
Accessible Information
Health and social care organisations must provide information in a way that meets the needs of people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss.
We'll be listening to the experiences of local people and also hearing from our local NHS about how they are supporting patients.
Our guests include Deborah Gallacher, from North West Anglia Foundation Trust, which runs Peterborough City Hospital, and Simon Howard from the local Clinical Commissioning Group which buys and plans health services in our area.
Wellbeing activities and mental health support
How Are You Peterborough brings together everything in Peterborough that promotes positive mental health.
Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator Susan Davidson will be talking about the HAY website that spotlights local activities and courses that boost wellbeing. You can also use it to find support and services from the NHS, local authority, third sector and community organisations.
Accessible meetings
Let us know if you need information in a different format, for example a British Sign Language Interpreter.
We have live captions available on all our online meetings.
