We meet every two months to talk about different topics. And invite local health and care decision makers along to each meeting to answer your questions.

• Out of hours support for patients with life-limiting illnesses (and those at end of life) and their families. Clare Moody, from the Palliative Care Hub, will be telling us about the evening and weekend helpline for local people via the NHS 111 service option 3. 
• The support cancer patients need after finishing treatment. Local university researcher Kumud Kantilal wants to hear your views.
• Service updates from local hospitals and other providers who run the local health and care services that you use.
