The Board will be discussing our ‘What Would You Do?’ report, published in July, which says what local people want from the NHS to help them manage their health.
Come to our Annual General Meeting, help us celebrate the successes of the last year and join our conversation about improving local mental health support.
Our Healthwatch has helped to improve health and care services for some of the most vulnerable people in our area thanks to the experiences local people have shared.
The meeting hears about the Enhanced Response Service running across Cambridgeshire and about county charity Cam Sight which supports people of all ages with low vision and blindness.
The meeting hears about raising awareness of Charles Bonnet Syndrome, where a person whose vision has started to
deteriorate sees things that aren't real.
Our Board will hear from Dr Mark Sanderson, Medical Director of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG, who will talk about the local development of primary care networks.
At this meeting our Directors will be getting an update on the work we are doing to engage local people on the priorities for the local Long Term Plan.
