Health partners in the Peterborough area are keen to hear what local people think about their community and how to keep well and healthy in a short survey.

North Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Care Partnership, have come together with other local partners to speak to people in Peterborough to hear local people’s views and experiences of how their community can support them to keep healthy and well. The short survey covers areas such as challenges to keeping well and healthy, what impacts health and wellbeing in the community, mental health support services and supporting people in your community
