Improving complaints processes at Peterborough City Hospital
We worked with Peterborough City Hospital to help them improve their complaints handling processes for patients.
We raised concerns with Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust about how quickly and adequately they responded to patients' complaints.
We were invited to join the newly formed Complaints Review Group which was tasked with re-writing the hospital’s complaints policy.
We influenced the development of this vital policy. And committed to support the ongoing improvement of complaints handling through regular reviews of the complaints systems at the hospital.
